Pet Policy
At Irby Management, we understand that pets are an important part of your family. That’s why our communities are pet-friendly, and we welcome your furry friends with open arms! Below are the guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and their pets.
Pet Requirements
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee: A one-time non-refundable fee of $500 per pet is required.
- Pet Limit: Each apartment is allowed a maximum of 3 pets.
- Vaccination Requirements: All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested.
- Visiting Pets: For the safety and comfort of our residents, visiting pets are not permitted unless they are service animals as defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Pet Amenities
We want your pets to feel as comfortable as you do in our community. Enjoy access to a range of pet-friendly amenities:
- Pet Parks: Our designated pet parks provide a safe and fun area for your pets to play and socialize.
- Waste Stations: Conveniently located pet waste stations help keep our community clean.
Service Animals
Service animals are always welcome in our community and are not subject to pet fees or pet limitations. We comply with all applicable laws regarding assistance animals, including emotional support animals.
Responsible Pet Ownership
We ask that all pet owners act responsibly and ensure their pets are well-behaved and do not cause disturbances to other residents. All pets must be leashed while in public areas of the community, and residents are expected to clean up after their pets.
